Holidays in November and December

A time when most of the Northern Hemisphere heads towards winters, some of you might like the idea of travelling south to enjoy a warm-weather vacation. The states of Goa and snow-covered Himachal in India serve more than 10 million tourists during this season. Goa is known for its New-Year celebrations. Fresh snow and mighty Himalayas attract the tourists to Himachal. During the months of November and December, the scenery is especially breath taking.
The Maldives is another big tourist-attraction in December. Blessed with the sun, sand and sea, this place offers more than recreation and serene beauty. New Year celebrations are really big. Resorts in Nepal prepare special camping sites in the foothills of Himalayas where tourists can enjoy the bon-fire and dance all night. For those who like a drink or two, it’s good to know that liquor is very cheap.
