Located in Dallas County in Texas, USA, Addison has just over 14,000 inhabitants enjoying life there. Situated north of the Dallas suburbs, its full title is the Town of Addison. Sure does sound formal, but the people there couldn’t be friendlier if they tried! There is lots to do and plenty of attractions for tourists coming to visit Addison, such as the Water Tower Theatre which has to date put on over 76 productions in a 32,000 sq ft theatre space.

For those seeking a bit of history, there is the Cavanaugh Flight Museum which keeps aircraft used since the First World War. But for something a bit more light-hearted, those after a relaxing evening can wind down from work at The Addison Improv Comedy Club which welcomes some great comedians from the circuit. Pete’s Dueling Piano Bar is a fun place to hang out with colleagues after work, which has non-stop evening shows where you can sing along to favourite songs and even request a few.

Addison Circle Park is a lovely outdoor space where you can just kick back and enjoy the fresh air, with more than 372,000 sq ft of land. It has a pergola for exhibits and a water garden which boasts inter-active hi-tech fountains! For family fun, get your skates on and head down to the Iceoplex Skating Rink which offers a cool alternative to the park with its skating area.
